  • Meridian Hills Country club was opened for play in 1923, and designed by Indiana native and one of the founders of the American Society of Golf Course Architects, Bill Diddel. Mature, tree-lined fairways have persisted throughout the course’s lifetime making an accurate shot from the teeing ground a must to score successfully. Also, the speed of the well-manicured greens in partner with the subtle contour of landscaping creates a challenging yet enjoyable experience for whoever plays the course. Renovations to the property have been made over the years by legendary course designers George Fazio, Pete and Alice Dye, and Bob Lohmann. (WGA Photo/Ian Yelton)
